Ingredients:
- 2 bananas;
- 400 g of cottage cheese (I have 0%);
- 50 g milk (I have 2.5%);
- 1 egg;
- 20 g corn starch;
- 20 g of cocoa;
- 25 g of chocolate;
- sweetener;
- baking powder (1/2 tsp).
Preparation:
- Puree the bananas using a blender.
- Add cottage cheese, milk and egg, blend until smooth.
- Add starch, cocoa, baking powder, sweetener and vanilla. Mix everything with a blender.
- Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the dough, stir.
- Pour the dough into the pan and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45–50 minutes.
- Remove the casserole, cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
